All service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Details regarding session format, schedule, and materials will be provided in your confirmation email.

3.1 Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service engagement up to 7 calendar days prior to the original date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled date may not be accommodated due to logistical constraints.

3.2 Service Reimbursement Policy

Etholuma is committed to client satisfaction. If you request a reimbursement within 48 hours of payment for a service and no preparatory work has commenced, we will issue a full refund. After this period, services are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation and instructor preparation. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Info Product Reimbursement Policy

For digital products, you may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase provided no downloadable content has been accessed or streamed. To initiate a request, contact us via our contact form with proof of non-access. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. After 14 days or following any access, all sales are final.

5. Physical Goods Reimbursement Policy

You may request a reimbursement for physical goods within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start the process, contact us via our contact form. You will be responsible for shipment to 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Upon inspection, we will reimburse the product price, excluding inbound shipping fees, to the original payment method within 21 business days.

6. No-Reimbursement Exceptions

Certain bespoke services, special events, and personalized coaching sessions are expressly non-reimbursable due to the customized nature of the service and pre-allocation of expert resources. Any such exception will be clearly stated at the point of sale.

7. Modifications to Terms

Etholuma may update these Terms of Service. Revised terms take effect upon posting at etholuma.com. Your continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
